Decor updates are nice, food is good and well priced. Could use a good cleaning on the ceiling and bathroom

Fish is very good. Way too much for the amount you pay. Nicely fried in oil that is being maintained....not too dark or burnt tasting. The wait for food is not long at all. Customer service is good. I think the only complaint I would have is the smoke smell. I am not a smoker. I guess next time I should sit outside. Anyways, check this place out if your driving through. Worth a stop for sure!

The food was great! The ac could have been better, it was pretty warm inside, but the food made up for it.

Horrible experience. Made reservations 2 Prime rib dinners at 6pm. After 12 minutes waiting to get our drinks, (Bacardi coke and Bombay Gin, tonic and lime) we finally had to get them from the bar all the while watching beers get delivered to tables around us. Had to send the Gin back to bar as I had no idea what the hell that was. How do you screw up a gin and tonic??? Got to place our orders and learn they are out of catfish and out of baked potatoes at 6:30 (resturaunt open till 10pm). After waiting for a hour and ready to walk out, the Prime Ribs arrived, 1 under cooked, the other over cooked and both cold as the artic. Called for manager who was major stressed out, had many excuses and ended up leaving before we could even pay for what was agreed upon. Needless to say we won't be returning and certainly will not and do not recommend this place.

You get plenty of food for your money and it's very good. Large catfish fillets fried to perfection and flavorful tender steaks. Options to satisfy any appetite and a children's menu.

We went to this place for the first time with our motorcycle club. The food was really good and the portion sizes are huge. I highly recommend the catfish.

OMG! Tons of food! We had the catfish fillets and they were pretty good (just need a little more seasonings). The plates were so full it was crazy! We took home enough for the both of us to have at least two more meals!! The fresh bread is warm and sooo good!

Great place to eat. Owner. Wait staff, and cooks, are really awesome. Brought in a group of 21, gave them short notice of us coming. Greated with friendly reception. Everyone enjoyed there food. Really amazing job done, considering that we had such a large group. So grateful for all of the staff, for making such a good experience for our group. You can for sure count on my return again!! I had the catfish dinner, and it was great! Got the 2 piece, and had a very happy full tummy. Beer batter fries are good too.

Moreland's is a little way off the beaten path. But the food is well worth it. The fried catfish is awesome, and you won't go home hungry.

This little out of the way treasure is worth the road trip! The catfish is second to none. Make sure you are hungry when you get there because the size of the fish fillets are huge! If you are traveling from out of town make sure to call first to see if they are open. The restaurant is closed a day or so during the week on the off season.

This place was well worth the drive! The service was excellent and the food was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Went for dinner tonight and i have not always been pleased with service food or otherwise however tonight the food was amazing waitress was fantastic Katie Ray deserves a raise and recognized for fantastic waitress you can not find a decent waitress hardly any where any more but she was great!

This place has great food! It's out of the way, so it's a bit of an effort to find it. But, their excellent catfish makes the trip worth the trouble. And, they have great steaks as well, with fun-loving service to top it all off. If you're in the area, don't pass this place by!

Great food. We tried four of their catfish styles and they are pretty good. Nice size pieces. The sides were good as well. The fries were very crunchy in a good way. Service was pretty good. The bathroom is marginal but ok. They cook your food fresh, so expect a wait.

We got there, was told to wait a minute. Then the waitress washed off the table, gave us menus and had to wrap our silverware. We got the 8 piece catfish dinner with two sides and a salad for 28.99 plus tax. Then they came out with the fish platter and fries and green beans, fish, and hushpuppies. The fries were soggy, should be put in separate container than the fish. Other than that it was a good meal.

Wow wow wow! Finally we found a place to eat on trips to and from the Ozarks. The green beans and the breadsticks were the best I ever had. It was the first time ever then I was served all you can eat catfish grilled instead of just fried. My wife said her chicken broccoli Alfredo was more delicious than the expensive lunch she had today in Kansas City. We will be back!

We were on our way home from Eminence, MO, and by time we were hungry we had stumbled upon this hidden gem. Our waitress was tentative to what we needed and very nice! We both got the catfish filet dinner which comes with two sides and oh my goodness! The catfish was absolutely amazing, best I’ve had since Arkansas! I had gotten loaded waffle fries and coleslaw for my sides which were equally as good! This place will be our go to spot on the way down and back from our vacation in Eminence every year!
